Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Riddle Table, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on Riddle Table are digital downloads (PDF files, sometimes bundled in a ZIP archive). Nothing is shipped. Upon purchase, you receive a license to download and print the files for personal use.

3. License and Usage

Your purchase grants you:

  • Personal, non-commercial rights to print and use the products
  • The right to print unlimited copies for your own household or event

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
  • Use the products for commercial purposes without our written permission
  • Claim the products as your own creation

4. Delivery and Downloads

After payment you are returned to your order page, which lists your download links. Each download link is valid for 24 hours; reopening your order page gives you fresh links. If you lose access to your order page, contact us at [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and we will help you recover your files.

5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles payment processing, taxes, invoicing, and payment-related customer service and returns. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's Terms of Service.

6. Payment and Pricing

Prices are shown in USD on each product page. Creem calculates and collects any applicable VAT or sales tax based on your location; the final amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

7. Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. When an order is refunded, its download links stop working.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Riddle Table is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
