1. Information We Collect

• Order information: your email address, the product you bought, and the order amount, received from our payment provider when you complete a purchase.
• Usage statistics: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (country/region), browser and device type, and time on page.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email.

We never see or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver your downloads and let you re-open your order
• Answer support and refund requests
• Understand which pages and products are useful, and keep the site working
• Prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal data and do not send marketing email.

3. Payment Processing

Creem (creem.io) is the Merchant of Record for our orders. When you buy, Creem collects and processes your payment details, email, billing address and IP address under Creem's Privacy Policy. Creem shares with us only what we need to fulfil your order (such as your email and the product purchased).

4. Analytics and Cookies

Our own analytics do not use cookies or local storage and do not build a profile of you. Your IP address is used only to compute a daily anonymous visitor count and is not stored. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

The checkout page is operated by Creem and may use cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention.

5. Where Data Is Stored

The site and its data run on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide your downloads and to meet accounting obligations; usage statistics are kept for up to 90 days.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to its use. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the rights to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal bases are contract (delivering your order), legal obligation (accounting), and legitimate interest (keeping the site secure and improving it). To make a request, email [email protected].

7. Children

Our products are made for families, but purchases are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
